I have used Andrea's services maybe 4 or 5 times in the past few years and each time everything is perfect. He is a great and reliable tour guide with an immaculate vehicle. Very personable and friendly. He arranges everything from Wine Tastings to delicious restaurants we not have found by ourselves. I highly recommend the services. Book early, as they fill up quickly!

My wife and I and our two friends spent two weeks in Tuscany and Liguria in late September and early October. We booked Andrea to provide all of our ground transportation needs and it was the best decision made on the entire trip. Whether it was taking us from the airport in Florence to our apartment in the City, driving us to our next destination in the heart of the Chianti Classico region or taking us to our final stop in on the Ligurian coast, Andrea looked after us in spectacular fashion. On request he arranged two special excursions for us in the region. Andrea is more than just a driver, which he excels at in any event. He has a passion and insight for these regions of Italy, and we learned so much from him about history, art, food and culture. He gave us memorable experiences. He is courteous, reliable and a true professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him. You will come away having made a new friend.

Andrea was the perfect tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the area and planned a memorable day in Tuscany from Florence which included wine tasting, a beautiful Lunch and some time in San Gimignano.

In November 2022, seven of us adults took an 8-day trip around Tuscany with Andrea Natali and his team from Tuscany Experience Tours. A few of us have been to Tuscany in the recent past, but this trip still counted among the most magical experiences of our lives, and a large part of it was due to Andrea, and the other drivers working with him – Luca Benfaremo (also a guide) and Federico Giuliani.
We started our trip planning early in June 2022, when we reached out to over a dozen companies listed and reviewed on TripAdvisor. We knew where we would be staying and we had a rough plan of the places we would like to visit but needed further suggestions and refinement. Many of the companies quoted a fixed price per day or a lump sum for the entire trip. The fixed daily pricing did not make sense to us as we were travelling different distances each day, and made the charges opaque. Equally opaque was the lump-sum pricing. Andrea was one of the very few who gave a breakdown of his charges, which varied based on the time the drivers would spend with us. While not the cheapest, Andrea’s charges were among the more reasonable – some quotes we received were more than double his for little discernible differences.
What gave us the most confidence was Andrea’s approach to customer service. He acknowledged every email with alacrity, and stated honestly when he needed more time to respond with details. He was the only one who actually gave careful consideration to the ideas we threw at him, right in our first communication, and he further helped to shape our itinerary with many useful suggestions, including details such as pricing on activities by other vendors. Throughout the entire planning process, we felt as though he was part of our group of travellers, who had a genuine stake in making our trip the best it could be. It also helped that his English was very good, and every detail was clearly stated in our email exchanges. We really appreciated the level of care Andrea took to ensure no miscommunication or misunderstandings – this was lacking in a number of other companies we contacted.
We flew into Milan Malpensa airport, arriving before dawn, and Andrea was actually early to meet us. Each morning during our stay in Tuscany, Andrea or Luca would collect us from our agriturismo (check out the wonderful Torraccia di Chiusi!), drive us to different parts of Tuscany, and return us to our lodgings in the evening. Throughout our trip, Andrea and Luca were the perfect hosts, who both spoke excellent English, and who were clearly proud of their history, culture and landscape. They were patient and flexible to accommodate our requests and Andrea even threw in several unexpected stops (e.g. Bagno Vignoni, Castellina in Chianti), along the way, which turned out to be real gems! They were also safe drivers so we felt in good hands at all times, and they responded swiftly to our text messages over WhatsApp whenever we needed to make arrangements on the go. We were returned to Milan airport at the end of our trip by Federico.
Some of the memorable places Andrea took us to were a factory that made Parmigiano-Reggiano (Parmesan) cheese, a traditional balsamic vinegar maker in Modena, and an olive-oil producer. Andrea was careful to pick only traditional, family-owned outfits that do not usually cater to large tour groups, and we found ourselves immersed in all these experiences. He also suggested truffle-hunting with a company that does not fake the hunt with planted truffles in advance, but we had to forgo it for a different activity. He arranged all our tours with detailed timings for every day – all we had to do was to follow his suggestions and enjoy!
If you are planning a trip around Tuscany, look no further than Andrea! He offers impeccable service at an excellent price point (which really mattered for our 8-day trip), and we could not have asked for better drivers in Tuscany. We would return to their services in a heartbeat, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Oh, and Andrea, Luca and Federico all have new Mercedes MPV minivans 😉

Andrea was wonderful - punctual, very communicative, very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend him for any tyke of transport or tour. He made getting from one place to another and enjoying each destination easy and pleasurable.

Andrea drove us on 4 different days. Each day he found the perfect place for us to have a fabulous lunch along with interesting wineries. Each day included driving us to some gorgeous towns around Tuscany. Andrea was fun to be with. We enjoyed learned much about the region while he did a wonderful job driving us around. We all felt, after our tours, Andrea became a friend !

We really enjoyed our day with Andrea when he drove us around Pienza, Montepulciano, etc. He took us to places he suggested, which we would have never known about, such as Fortezza di Radicofani and Bagno Vignoni. Both places were great surprises and beautiful! He also made a reservation for us for lunch at Tenuta Santo Pietro and it was amazingly good. Andrea was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about all the areas we went to and drove through. We had a great day.

Andrea was wonderful, very communicative and helpful from start to finish. We did a day of wine tasting in the Montalcino region and had a perfect day. Andrea recommended a couple of excellent wineries and even helped arrange a tasting for us at a winery that we requested based on recommendation from a friend. Everything was seamless and enjoyable, we hope to be back soon!

My family of 5 took a tour early Sept. 2019. We were a little concerned at first since we had read such wonderful things about Andrea and he was not available. Not to worry, our driver was Fabio. He was the perfect match for me, my wife and our three adult children. He was very personable, patient, well educated, excellent English, good sense of humor and able to converse on many different topics, sometimes not about Italy or wine country. He picked us up in Florence and our tour included Greve in Chanti, Maurizio Brogioni Winery, Casa Alle Vacche, and San Gimignano. There is no doubt in my mind that I didn't want us to drive ourselves after seeing what the country road conditions were. Sitting in a roomy, air conditioned vehicle with an excellent driver/tour guide was worth the expense. Thank you Fabio for the wonderful day.

We enjoyed our day driving from Livorno to Florence and stopping on our way back in Pisa. Our tour guide, Andrea, was wonderful, explaining everything, making suggestions and guiding us thru the whole trip. Very attentive to our limited time, without pushing or rushing us, he let us enjoy the beautiful part of this region of Tuscany. Thank you, Andrea! Until we see you again!

We had a wonderful day touring the Tuscan region with stops in Siena, Monteriggioni, and San Gimignano. We had lunch and olive oil tasting at Casa Aelle Vacche which was fabulous! We loved our tour and our driver and would absolutely recommend Tuscany Experience Tours!

Andrea is the real deal. Very personable and informative. He knows Tuscany well and shows great pride in the area. We took the Siena and San Gimignano Tour. We started with a great tour of Siena. Even though it was raining it was still enjoyable. At Andrea's suggestion we went to a fabulous farmhouse for wine and lunch. Words can't describe how wonderful it was. The olive oil tasting gave us a new appreciation for the good stuff. The meal was exception along with the wines. This tour is not to be passed by.

Andrea was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was an excellent driver and we always felt safe with him at the wheel. He was very punctual and we enjoyed his company for 5 days. My wife and I highly recommend Tuscany Experience Tours!

This tour company lives up to all their wonderful reviews. Andrea was fantastic to work with. He patiently assisted me in customizing our 2 day tour driving from Florence to Siena via San Gimignano, then we toured Tuscany visiting 3 towns and 2 wineries. What made this trip really special was our driver, Luca. He was keen to share his knowledge about Italy and the regions that we were visiting. He is intuitive, flexible, and kind.
As well, he's a great driver! On our next trip to Italy we are definitely going to engage Tuscany Experiences' services. They are a class act!

Visited Tuscany in late Sep early Oct, had a fantastic time. Thanks to Tuscany Experience Tours, both Andrea and Marco were very pleasant, professional, and responsible individuals. There were 4 of us, and we all were very happy with their services. Thanks to theri expertise and knowledge we were able to enjoy and the sites and local cuisine, while relaxing and taking in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
Should we come to the area again, we will not hesitate to call on Andrea to program another fantastic tour.

Andrea was on time, professional, knowledgable, and accommodating. We planned our tour, but when we had time for another stop Andrea had a suggestion for us, a lovely stop, with delicious wine and an amazing view of the Tuscan hill side. We would highly recommend Tuscany Experience Tours. Good price for a private driver as well. Thanks again!

Andrea was absolutely amazing! We cant say enough or that him for helping to make our time spent in Tuscany truly amazing! He was a timely , genuine, friendly professional with a true deep love and knowledge for Tuscany, and it showed! He created a custom trip for us on a magical day in Tuscany visiting Chianti, Sienna, and San Gimignano. Each one very special and unique. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and many helpful tips that only a local like him would know! We never will forget our magical day in Wine country with Andrea! He also arranged pick-up for us at the train station, and delivered us to our next destination of Bologna by shuttle(which was alway immaculate, and even provided waters for us on such hot summer days! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We took a tour in early June with Andrea to some wineries (Panzanella top notch), olive oil, and city tour. It was nothing but pure pleasure and a great experience. His knowledge and ability to tell stories made it a once in a lifetime experience that we will no doubt do again. See you next year!

Great choice ! Highly recommend. We chose a day from Florence to a winery then Siena with a private driver. Marco was a pleasure! Planning via email was easy and Andrea made it possible! Paying it forward now. You won’t be disappointed.
