My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a day with Andrea while on our honeymoon. He picked us up right on time at our hotel in Siena. We had a lovely day exploring several of the beautiful hillside towns of Tuscany (Pienza and Montalcino) as well as visiting several off the beaten path wineries along the way. Lunch was wonderful at a farmhouse restaurant we would have never found on our own. He did a phenomenal job of providing some historical info along the way as well as numerous stops for some scenic pictures. It was one of our favorite days in a 3 week trip. We look forward to reliving the trip while organizing our pictures over a bottle (or two) of the wine we had shipped from the wineries we visited. Thank you so much!

Our group of four was in the capable care of Tuscany Experience Tours for three days while we were visiting Cortona.
Our guide/driver, Luca, is a
superb driver and was so
attentive and informative on the tours that we devised. We were taken to two wineries that are off the beaten track where we had fabulous lunches paired with perfect wines. We would never have found these special
places on our own. I give Tuscany Experience Tours the highest rating, and will book through the company when I return to Italy.

This trip was one of the best trips we have taken and it will be quite some time before we stop talking about it!! We have a done a lot of travel with our children and the trip to San Gimignano and lunch at the farmhouse with olive oil tasting were beyond our expectations.

Andrea promptly picked us up at our hotel at the agreed time and stopped along the way to show us sights. He worked hard to ensure that we were well taken care of, on time and able to experience Tuscany and a local family run vineyard.

In terms of logistics, Andrea's plan and time spent both in San Gimignano and at the farmhouse was perfect and added to the unforgettable experience.

We also recently received the bottles of olive oil we tasted and ordered, as well as some wine, so we will be able to enjoy and remember for a long time.

My husband and I used Tuscany Experience Tours to travel from Rome to Siena on our honeymoon and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We wanted to see some of the smaller towns in Tuscany along the way, so Andrea put together a full-day itinerary for us that included 3 towns, a winery tour and tasting, lunch, and a cheese tasting. Aside from all of that, our driver, Francesco, was fantastic! He is so knowledgeable about the area and we learned so much from him, and we had a really fun time spending the day with him. The drive itself was comfortable and beautiful, and the overall experience was truly one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you, Francesco and Andrea!

My wife and I have been lucky to take personal guided tours all over the world. Our trip with Andrea stands out as our best ever. Why? Two things - the itinerary Andrea has designed and Andrea himself. The tour is good value for two and great value if the fixed cost is shared between for, or six. His personal relationships enable visits to wineries and agri-tourism farms not really available. Do yourself a favour and book with Andrea.

We are very happy with the services of Tuscany Experience Tours. Their tour driver Marco is a very careful, friendly and considerate driver! He picked us up from our Florence Hotel at punctually and took us to Pisa then Lucca and to our final destination Le Spezia.
The prices rates are most competitive for their high level of services and a very comfortable car.

Andrea did such a fabulous job of helping me organize a Tuscany trip for my group of friends and me. We corresponded by email for months. He patiently answered all my questions, even those that wouldn't involve his services. He helped a few of my friends secure reservations at a very exclusive restaurant which was a real treat for them. One day he took all of us on a tour of some Tuscan towns and then to two AMAZING wineries. I can't recommend him highly enough!

It is plain simple. If you want responsible, well organized, accommodating, punctual, courteous, patient, caring and knowledgeable driver/guide in Tuscany, Andrea is your choice. We thoroughly enjoyed three worry free days of touring beautiful region with a customized itinerary and flexibility to stop anywhere. We learned about fascinating history culture, and tasted great local wine and food! It was absolutely right decision for us to do it this way. Forget about big bus tours and driving by yourself. None of those will bring you to places we visited... and I think we even saved some money and definitely avoided tourist traps!.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrea if you are planning to visit Tuscany...From his initial reply to my enquiry to our return to Pisa airport; his service and desire to please were exemplary! We arrived at Pisa Airport where Andrea was waiting for us and he had made plans to drive us to both the Leaning Tower and to Lucca before actually checking into our hotel in Montecatini...What a start to our holiday! Andrea is a wealth of local knowledge and we found him to be both informative & humourous...not to mention a brilliant driver! We employed the services of Tuscany Experience for three further days during our stay in Italy and, without doubt, we felt that we were in the best possible hands! In conjunction with our requests, Andrea planned our \"Italian Adventure\" down to the very last detail and we loved every second! Exploring the beauty of the Tuscan countryside, wine-tasting & cheese tasting were all fantastic and Andrea was always on hand to pick us up whenever we were ready for the next leg of our journey, nothing was too much trouble and we never felt uncomfortable or rushed! ..We cannot praise him and thank him enough for making our holiday so enjoyable! Fabulous tour of Tuscany
My parents and I spent a day and a half touring through Tuscany with Andrea in early May 2016.
We had a general idea of what we wanted to see, but Andrea fleshed our tour out by taking us to a number of fabulous little towns and places we didn't even know existed, in addition to our original plan.
Florentine born-and-bred, Andrea is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local history, culture and legend. Not to mention having a great sense of humor!We're so happy we used Tuscany Experience Tours rather than going the car hire route.
We will definitely make use of Andrea's services on future trips to Tuscany and won't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family!

After a disastrous half day Chianti coach tour from Florence in September last year (filthy hot bus, everything translated into 4 languages, no allocated seats and hopeless guide), we decided that as our return visit last week was for a special occasion, we would look for a private tour of Tuscany. I can honestly say that even though we have been to Tuscany many, many times over the past 15 years, this was simply the best day out that we have had. I stumbled across Tuscany Experience Tours on the internet, and we are so delighted that we did. Andrea is brilliant. He spoke perfect English and we exchanged several emails about what the day might look like. As we had been to many of the tourist sites, Andrea came up with several possible itineraries and we tweaked them to get what was simply an amazing day. We can thank him enough. He takes great care to look after you, explaining local history and culture as you drive through the countryside, making stops on route for photos and to tell you about the scenery. There were many highlights to our day, lunch at the Agriturismo was absolutely perfect, a million miles from the tourist restaurants and we were made so welcome as we enjoyed the food and wine tasting. We felt spoilt to be part of the family home and winery. Every single part of the day was so memorable and enjoyable. Being taken into the butchers in Greve and Andrea explaining the types of foods and when and where they might be eaten was wonderful. Even with basic Italian it is impossible to understand the meats and cuts we learnt such a lot. Drinking coffee like an Italian, stood at the bar was certainly a first and we felt more like a local than ever before during our travels. There are too many wonderful memories to mention, from the ruined Abbey of San Galgano to our evening stop in Montalcino. We will definitely be booking Andrea again when we return next year. To see and hear about the real Florence and Tuscany makes it so special. Highly recommended - lookign forward to our next trip!

Thanks Andrea! Wonderful Tuscan holiday!
5 of us spent spent 4 days being guided and driven around Tuscany, including pick up and drop off at airport/train stations, by Andrea's company. It was great! Good food, good wine, wonderful countryside and all organised by Andrea after consulting with us on an itinery for our stay.
The perfect thing for a holiday where you want to stay in an out of the way town and lodging, and don't want the hassle of renting a car, and also without having to stay in a city just so you are able to hook up with the big tour companies.
Totally agree with the earlier revues on Andrea's great service, we highly recommend Andrea Natali and Tuscany Experience tours.

I agree with the previous reviews. Andrea is an excellent driver and tour leader. We had debated about renting a car for our day trip out in Tuscany, but did not want the stress of getting lost. I decided to get a driver, and Andrea was the perfect choice. He arrived right on time to pick us up, and we went to Montalcino, Montipulciano, did a winery tour, a wine tasting and had lunch at a charming country inn, all arranged by Andrea. It was a wonderful stress-free day that was a highlight of our trip to Italy.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience traveling with Andrea for 2 days this month. He had been recommended to us by a friend and we were so very pleased that he was. Andrea put together a fun itenarary, focusing on our interests in seeing the beautiful Tuscan countryside and visiting several beautiful hilltop towns. He arranged lunch at 2 fantastic stops and wine tastings that we will always remember. Making the arrangements prior to our trip to Italy could not have been easier. Andrea responded so quickly to emails and we felt very confident that all would go as planned. In fact, it all surpassed our expectations. He was very prompt, is a wealth of knoweldge about the area, was courteous and a great driver ! We truly enjoyed our trip. We would recommend him highly to any considering utilizing his services. We look forward to returning to beautiful Tuscany in the future and would surely call upon Andrea again. Continued success to you Andrea !

This was our second year with Andrea and would definitely use his services again. As always, Andrea was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries. He made various suggestions as to itineraries, even keeping in mind what we had done the year prior. We had two enjoyable days (from Florence to Montalcino and then Montalcino to Pisa)
I would highly recommend Andrea if you are planning a trip to Tuscany.

We hired Andrea for several trips during our July vacation in Italy. From beginning to end, we found him to be courteous, efficient, and professional. We communicated extensively before our trip and he always replied in a timely fashion and provided excellent suggestions to help us plan our trip. During our visit to Cinque Terre, Andrea proved himself an excellent tour guide providing us with a wealth of information about the area and an excellent lunch suggestion. He also was able to smoothly work around a couple of unforseen glitches demonstrating his flexibility. He was patient and fun and easy to work with and I would not hesitate to contact him again for any future trips to Italy.

My husband and I with our five year old daughter enlisted the help of Andrea for a day trip of Tuscany and it was magical. He came up with 3 different itineraries for us to choose from and we loved our trip. Not only was it fascinating for us, but our trip kept our daughter entertained as well. We visited castles and wineries and had a blast. Andrea is very knowledgable and patient and he made the trip seem effortless. Having him with us was like having an old friend show us around. I highly recommend his services for an amazing Italian trip.

My friend and I spent a few days in Tuscany May 2015. We were torn between renting a car and exploring on our own, versus hiring a driver/guide. Despite the added expense compared to renting a car, we decided to enlist Andrea's help. I cannot tell you how thankful I am that we did. It rained a good bit while we were there, and the roads in Tuscany are narrow and very curvy. Just having a driver was worth the expense, because we would have been white-knuckling it and ignoring the gorgeous landscape! And we would not have been able to enjoy the wine, having to drive ourselves around. However, Andrea was so much more than just a driver. His extensive knowledge of history added so much to our adventure. He had stories for every location, reminding us about how Italy came to be reunified, making history personal for us and so interesting. He took us to innumerable medieval villages, told us personal stories as well as historical facts about every one. He had arranged meals for us in small farmhouses and osterias, many of which were filled with Italians (ie, less touristy)! We really got off the beaten path and got a feel for what life is/was really like in Tuscany. In between, we had interesting coversations and shared knowledge and experience, much like the original settlers who arrived via the via francigena!_x000D_
We had done our research beforehand and not only did Andrea present the best itineraries, but his costs were lower than the other driver guides. We used him for 4 days- a pick up from Florence and return to Florence airport, plus two very full days of touring Tuscany. I highly recommend him and am sure that he will enhance your experience in Tuscany as he did ours!

We were planning and travelling in Tuscany with Andrea. He helped us to plan and realize an unforgettable trip to Florence and Tuscany small villages, towns and wineries. The days were filled with new places, beautiful drives and interesting conversations and commentaries. Andrea is very reliable and safe driver. Our group of 6 felt very comfortable and safe in his big car as he was navigating winding narrow mountain roads and streets of villages and Florence. Very highly recommended guide.
